This roadmap outlines the core development phases of the Agent Control application, from its initial foundation to advanced orchestration and mobile integration.

Phase 1: Foundation ✅
The goal of Phase 1 was to establish the basic project infrastructure and user authentication.
Setup initial project structure (directories, base files).
Create mockup UI for dashboard and project details (GitHub Pages).
Implement Google SSO login.
Setup MySQL database schema for users and projects.
Basic dashboard for user management.
Phase 2: GitHub Integration ✅
The goal of Phase 2 was to connect the application with GitHub for repository and issue management.
Implement GitHub OAuth for repository access.
Create interface to link GitHub repositories to projects.
Develop webhook handler for GitHub issues.
Basic issue-to-task mapping.
Phase 3: Agent Orchestration ✅
The goal of Phase 3 was to integrate the Google Jules API and build the core orchestration engine.

Implement progress tracking and status updates back to GitHub.
Add logging and monitoring for agent activities.
Phase 4: Refinement & Scaling ✅
The goal of Phase 4 was to enhance the system’s reliability, performance, and multi-user capabilities.
Comprehensive test suite (Unit, Integration, E2E).
CI/CD pipeline optimization with caching.
Multi-user management features and role-based access.
Implement database migration strategy as described in CONCEPT_UPGRADES.md.
Support for multiple GitHub accounts per ai-brain user.

Phase 5: Telegram Integration ✅
The goal of Phase 5 was to provide a mobile interface for monitoring and interacting with agents.
Setup Telegram Bot and secure webhook mechanism with secret tokens.
Develop a dedicated webhook handler for incoming Telegram updates.
Implement asynchronous processing using
fastcgi_finish_request()for immediate Telegram acknowledgement.Connect Telegram interactions to the Google Jules orchestration engine.

API Integration Guidelines
To maintain consistency and usability of the system’s APIs, the following guidelines must be followed:
OpenAPI Usage: If the API is used, always regenerate the client SDKs and the server stubs from the original interface definitions.
Documentation Rendering:
OpenAPI definitions must be rendered with redocly to the GitHub Pages directory
/apis.Other API definitions must be rendered with suitable tools to the GitHub Pages directory
/apisas well.
Clarity & Completeness: API definitions must be verified and include detailed descriptions until they are usable for any product manager or developer.
Technology-Specific Definitions:
REST APIs: Must be described in
api/openapi.yaml.SOAP APIs: Must be described in
api/api.wsdl.
Maintenance: API definitions must be kept up-to-date with every system change.
